Erika is a faith-driven entrepreneur and industry leader with over a decade of experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
From 2005 to 2018, Erika and her husband owned and operated Seltin Supply, a women-owned semiconductor supply company. They successfully ran and grew the company for more than 13 years, becoming official owners in 2013 before selling the business in 2018. During that time, Erika helped build a strong foundation rooted in operational excellence, trusted relationships, and integrity.
After stepping away from the industry for several years, Erika felt called to return with a renewed purpose. Recognizing the need for women-owned supply companies and following the Lord’s prompting, she founded Bishop Distribution LLC in January 2023 with a bold vision for growth.
Bishop Distribution was built on Christ-centered leadership and the values embodied in the role of a “bishop”: integrity, vision, wisdom, compassion, accountability, courage, and mentorship.
Erika partners with longtime friend Kristi Marks, Business Development Director, to intentionally grow Bishop Distribution—creating jobs, strengthening local communities, and consistently giving back to charitable organizations. Together, they are building a company that values people as much as performance.

Kristi Marks brings a diverse professional background and a strong work ethic to her role as Business Development Director at Bishop Distribution. After 25 years in the mortgage industry, followed by time in construction and real estate, Kristi has built a career shaped by adaptability, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to serving people well.
When an unexpected layoff became a turning point, Kristi chose to pause and trust God to guide her steps — a decision that ultimately led her right where she was meant to be. She joined her best friend of over 35 years, Erika, in 2025 to help grow Bishop Distribution into something they're both proud of.
What they bring to the table goes beyond business. A friendship built over decades means they communicate with honesty, move with trust, and show up for their clients the same way they've always shown up for each other. Their shared faith is the foundation of it all — and it shows in the way they work.
